- Complete series of x-rays; panoramic, bitewings, cavity detecting x-rays (that we update annually), and PA’s (additional x-rays to look at areas of concern)
- 3D intraoral scan
- 2 cleanings (does not include periodontal therapy or maintenance)
- 2 oral cancer screening
- 2 periodontal screenings
- 2 Laser Bacterial Reduction
- 2 fluoride applications
- Emergency exam and x-rays as needed
- 15% off dental treatment services performed by Signal Tree Family Dental
